Overview:
A large-scale production facility with over 500 employees, situated across a sprawling 15-acre campus, faced the challenge of efficiently managing safety and training records. The advent of Covid-19 added a new layer of complexity, rendering mass gatherings impossible in light of state and federal mandates.
To address this issue, we conceived an innovative app that would enable remote learning for all workers while simultaneously providing them with a means to call for help in case of an emergency. This app served as a comprehensive solution that streamlined the management of safety and training records, while ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees, even during the pandemic.

Challenge:
To create an app that would address the diverse needs of workers in a large-scale production facility, I conducted extensive surveys to determine the ideal user experience. Careful research was conducted to explore the feasibility of various app designs, with a particular focus on safety, 5S, and housekeeping functions.
Process:
Based on insights gained from user surveys and research, a comprehensive site map was developed to organize the app's structure and visual hierarchy. I then sketched low-fidelity wireframes on paper before progressing to mid- and high-fidelity wireframes using Adobe XD.
End Result:
Regrettably, despite the considerable effort invested in conceptualizing the app, it never progressed beyond the concept phase, and the client opted for an alternative solution to address their challenges. Nonetheless, the experience gained through this project will prove invaluable for future endeavors.
